Order Status and History
One of the most popular uses of a personal account is to sign into your account and then check
the status of your current order.
On the Order Status / History page, you can see a quick summary of all your orders with us,
including the order number, who the order was shipped to, the amount of the order, the date
and time of the order, and the status of the order.
You can click on any order number to bring up all the details for that order, showing
all the items that were ordered, the shipping and billing information, the payment method,
the shipping method, and any special instructions that were specified for that order.
You can also track the order by clicking on the "Track This Order" button on either the
Order Status / History page OR the Order Detail page for a specific order.

Profile Information
Your account profile information is simply your name, e-mail address, and a password to sign into your account.
Your e-mail address is your sign-in account name - and your password can be anything you want, as long as it has
at least 6 characters in it - and we don't worry about making sure you have a mixture of upper-case and lower-case,
as well as numbers and funny-looking, hard-to-remember symbols. Just make sure it has at least 6 characters - any
6 characters you want (or more!).
And, if you happen to forget the password you setup for your account, you can just go to our
password help page and enter your e-mail address - we'll make
sure we immediately send you an e-mail that has your password in it. Of course, we recommend
that you change your password after you receive it from us, as an extra measure of security.

Shipping Address Book
One of the nicest features of having a personal account is the ability to create and save one
or more shipping addresses.
Each shipping address can be given its own "nickname" - and after you create a new shipping
address, it will show up on the right side of the Shipping Address Book page.
You can choose to make any of your saved shipping addresses the default shipping address -
and it will show up with a pink banner, to distinguish it from the other shipping addresses.
When you go to checkout (assuming you are signed into your account, of course), the default
shipping address will already be pre-filled out on your checkout page. Of course, you can
choose any of the saved addresses at that time to be the new shipping address for a specific
order.

Billing Information
Another nice feature of having a personal account is the ability to create and save one
or more billing information profiles.
Each billing information profile can be given its own "nickname" - and after you create a new billing
information profile, it will show up on the right side of the Billing Information page.
You can choose to make any of your saved billing information profiles the default billing -
and it will show up with a pink banner, to distinguish it from the other billing information profiles.
When you go to checkout (assuming you are signed into your account, of course), the default
billing information will already be pre-filled out on your checkout page. Of course, you can
choose any of the saved billing information profiles at that time to be the new billing information for a specific
order.
